About Our Business
Our mission is to provide a thorough, professional architectural design service to all
our clients. We will meet with each individual client, discuss all they're needs, and
offer them the most up to date, complete design experience available. The majority of
design firms offer plans to they're clients, with limitations as to reproductions, or
copies. New Beginning Designs provides personal service, ultimately offering
custom, and spec. plans specifically for the client.
We will meet with you several times throughout the design experience. During that
time, you'll receive regular updates as to the completion time of your project. We can
email or fax you updated drawings as we proceed. Once you're satisfied with your
product, you'll receive a design package from us. It will include one set of scaled
plans printed on "vellum", a reproducable transparency that will not turn or darken
with time. Additionally, you'll receive a ledger size (11"x17") set of plans (not to
scale) for you to use with financial institutions, permitting offices, and
sub-contractors. These ledger size plans are very ledgable, and can be printed at any
standard printer.
